Journal of Clinical Laboratory Analysis, EarlyView.Through single‐cell RNA‐sequencing and high‐dimensional weighted gene co‐expression network analysis, two monocyte‐related biomarkers (CSF3R, IFITM3) were identified in the peripheral blood of Parkinson's disease. Molecular docking revealed two targeted drugs (Indirubin and Retinoic acid).
