Branched-Chain Amino Acid Negatively Regulates KLF15 Expression via PI3K-AKT Pathway
Recent studies have linked branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) with numerous metabolic diseases. However, the molecular basis of BCAA's roles in metabolic regulation remains to be established.

Bitterness Suppression of BCAA Solutions by L-Ornithine
The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bitterness-suppressing effect of L-ornithine (L-Orn) on single or mixed solutions of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) using human gustatory sensation tests and an artificial taste sensor. The BCAAs tested (L-isoleucine (L-Ile), L-leucine (L-Leu), and L-valine (L-Val)) are the main components of ...

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.
