BCL6 and LRF crosstalk in Dohh2 cells [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
B cell Lymphoma 6 (BCL6) and Leukaemia/lymphoma related factor (LRF) are Pok-proteins over-expressed in some types of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, such as Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and Follicular lymphoma (FL). BCL6 is located on the chromosome 3 in

Multiple myeloma: A tale of deregulated transcription factors

open access: yesHemaSphere, Volume 10, Issue 7, July 2026.
Abstract A comprehensive understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying multiple myeloma (MM) pathogenesis is essential for developing therapeutic strategies that overcome disease heterogeneity and treatment relapse. In this review, we focus on transcription factors (TFs), key regulators of gene expression that play critical roles in normal ...

Genome-wide Analysis Identifies Bcl6-Controlled Regulatory Networks during T Follicular Helper Cell Differentiation [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
SummaryT follicular helper (Tfh) cell is a unique T cell subset specialized in promoting humoral immunity. B-cell lymphoma 6 protein (Bcl6) has been identified as an obligatory transcription factor in Tfh cells; however, the molecular mechanism ...

Whole Blood Transcriptomic Response to Perioperative Dexamethasone in Total Knee Arthroplasty: A Targeted Panel Analysis

open access: yesActa Anaesthesiologica Scandinavica, Volume 70, Issue 6, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Changes in the transcriptome of immune cells are predictive of clinical outcomes. These effects may be surgery‐specific and possibly modulated by glucocorticoids. We investigated the immune response and the impact of dexamethasone on the response in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA). Methods The transcript levels (n =

Type I and II Interferons Drive Abacavir Hypersensitivity via Treg Suppression and T‐Cell Enhancement in Immunocompetent HLA‐Transgenic Mice

open access: yesAllergy, Volume 81, Issue 7, Page 2343-2356, July 2026.
Upregulated HLA‐B*57:01 expression in Tg/KO mice amplifies abacavir‐specific CD8+ T‐cell activation, driven by enhanced antigen presentation. Abacavir treatment induces robust pDC expansion and IFN‐α production, which selectively suppresses memory Treg populations.

Development of a Novel B-Cell Lymphoma 6 (BCL6) PROTAC to Provide Insight into Small Molecule Targeting of BCL6 [PDF]

open access: yes
B-cell lymphoma 6 (BCL6) inhibition is a promising mechanism for treating hematological cancers but high quality chemical probes are necessary to evaluate its therapeutic potential.

Optical genome mapping improves detection and characterisation of cytogenetic abnormalities in non‐Hodgkin lymphomas

open access: yesBritish Journal of Haematology, Volume 209, Issue 1, Page 31-41, July 2026.
Optical genome mapping (OGM) is feasible on fresh and frozen tissue lymphoma samples and demonstrated its added value for accurate diagnostic classification. OGM surpasses karyotype and FISH in refining diagnoses of lymphoma, identifying class‐defining rearrangements along with prognostic markers.

Loncastuximab Tesirine in Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B‐Cell Lymphoma: Evidence and Practical Guidance From Italian Clinical Experience

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Haematology, Volume 117, Issue 1, Page 144-153, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who progress to the third‐line setting face a lack of standardized treatment, despite the presence of multiple available therapies. In this context, antibody–drug conjugates represent a relatively new class of anticancer agents; among them, loncastuximab tesirine is ...
