Metalloantibiotics: A library of piano‐stool and polypyridyl Ru(II) complexes bearing thiazolhidrazinylidene‐chroman‐2,4‐diones was evaluated as metalloantibiotics. A complex is identified with a noteworthy minimum inhibitor concentration value of 3.1 μm and no toxicity in healthy eukaryotic cells.
