Novel ionic liquid supported-multicomponent reaction toward chimeric bis-heterocycles
Molecular Diversity, 2012A novel multicomponent reaction between IL-anchored 2-aminobenzoimidazoles, aldehydes, and electron-deficient dienophiles has been explored. The strategy was utilized to develop a rapid parallel synthesis for novel bis-heterocyclic skeleton of benzimidazole-linked dihydropyrimidine on an ionic liquid support.

Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of bis-heterocyclic sulfamoyl acetamides
Research on Chemical Intermediates, 2014A new class of bis-heterocyclic sulfamoyl acetamides was prepared and studied their antimicrobial activity. The chloro substituted thiazolyl imidazolylsulfamoyl acetamide 6i is found to be a potential antimicrobial agent against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Penicillium chrysogenum.
