Coevolution of HIV-1 and broadly neutralizing antibodies
Exploring the molecular details of the coevolution of HIV-1 Envelope with broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) in infected individuals over time provides insights for vaccine design. Since mid-2017, the number of individuals described in such publications has nearly tripled.

Diabetic wound healing is hindered by a pathological crosstalk wherein elevated IL‐11 induces M1 macrophage polarization, leading to IL‐1β/IL‐6 release and subsequent fibroblast senescence via RAS/p38MAPK/p53/E2F1 signaling. Here, we develop a Gel@M‐Rho microneedle patch that delivers rhoifolin‐loaded, macrophage membrane‐coated nanoparticles to target

Molecular evolution of broadly neutralizing Llama antibodies to the CD4-binding site of HIV-1.
To date, no immunization of humans or animals has elicited broadly neutralizing sera able to prevent HIV-1 transmission; however, elicitation of broad and potent heavy chain only antibodies (HCAb) has previously been reported in llamas.

Discordant correlation between serological assays observed when measuring heterosubtypic responses against avian influenza H5 and H7 viruses in unexposed individuals [PDF]
The human population is constantly exposed to multiple influenza A subtypes due to zoonotic spill over and rapid viral evolution driven by intrinsic error-prone replication and immunological pressure.

Footprints of broadly neutralizing stem antibodies.
(A-C) Epitope footprints of three broadly-reactive stem antibodies to influenza HA were colored to illustrate the extent of the bound Fab footprint on HA. HA1 is colored red, HA2 is colored blue, and the A-helix is colored green.

Chemical Strategies for Multistimuli Responsive Dynamic Covalent Materials in Regenerative Medicine
Multistimuli responsive dynamic covalent materials integrate reversible chemistry with the complex chemical, mechanical, and biochemical cues of regenerative environments. This review highlights chemical strategies based on orthogonal dynamic bonds, multicomponent networks, and hierarchical architectures to regulate mechanics, degradation, and ...
