Raphani Semen extract (RSE) and its characteristic isothiocyanates sulforaphane (SFA) and sulforaphene (SFE) inhibit Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm formation and virulence by targeting the las quorum sensing system. RSE reduces the autoinducer 3‐oxo‐C12‐HSL, downregulates QS genes, and suppresses motility and virulence factors. SFA and SFE recapitulate

In this study, the total protein content and 10‐hydroxy‐2‐decenoic acid content were determined in royal jelly collected at the 72 and 144 h. In vitro bioaccessibility, antibacterial, and antidiabetic properties of royal jelly collected at the 72 and 144 h were also determined. ABSTRACT Royal jelly has received interest as a functional food.

Guava leaf essential oil (GL‐EO) and Oliveria decumbens essential oil (Od‐EO) improved the microbial and oxidative stability of refrigerated ground beef and helped extend its shelf life. GL‐EO better preserved odor and color, while the combined GL‐EO + Od‐EO treatment provided the best texture preservation and highest overall acceptability.

Phenolic‐rich extracts from five indigenous Algerian Vitis vinifera leaf cultivars were characterized by LC–MS and evaluated for antioxidant, antidiabetic, antibacterial, and molecular docking activities. The Azorith‐fereinguel cultivar showed superior bioactivity, attributed mainly to isoquercitrin, hesperidin, and rutin.
