Molecular markers (c-erbB-2, p53) in breast cancer.
The aim of our study was to evaluate the correlation between clinical characteristics, histopatologic features and c-erbB-2 as well as p53 expression in cancer tissues. Breast cancer tissue was obtained from 184 female subjects with primary breast cancer.

In fibrotic distal lung regions, CD66c+ basal cells emerge as a pathological state. Using human distal lung organoids, this study identifies CD66c+ basal cells as a pro‐fibrotic state arising through transdifferentiation from secretory, AT2, and basal cells.

Limited Prognostic Value of c-erbB-2 Compared to uPA and PAI-1 in Primary Breast Carcinoma
In a retrospective study of 488 women with primary breast cancer, after a median follow-up of 10 years, we sought interactions between disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) and tumor antigen levels of two components of the plasminogen ...

Metaphase and Interphase Cytogenetics with Alu-PCR-amplified Yeast Artificial Chromosome Clones Containing the BCR Gene and the Protooncogenes c-raf-1, c-fms, and c-erbB-21 [PDF]
A human yeast artificial chromosome (YAC) library was screened by polymerase chain reaction with oligonucleotide primers defined for DNA sequences of the BCR gene and the protooncogenes c-raf-1, c-fms, and c-erB-2.

c-erbB-2 expression in benign and malignant breast disease [PDF]
An antibody, 21N, raised against a synthetic peptide from the predicted sequence of the c-erbB-2 protein has been used immunocytochemically in a retrospective study of formalin fixed paraffin embedded breast biopsies. Fourteen out of 103 infiltrating ductal carcinomas exhibited positive membrane staining.

CSPG4 is identified as a high‐value, stemness‐associated target in HPV‐negative HNSCC. By implementing rational biophysical engineering, a humanized and charge‐optimized CAR is developed to overcome tonic signaling‐induced exhaustion. This strategy induces a profound transcriptomic shift toward a rejuvenated, stem‐like memory state, significantly ...

Fluorescence in situ hybridization of YAC clones after Alu-PCR amplification [PDF]
Alu-PCR protocols were optimized for the generation of human DNA probes from yeast strains containing yeast artificial chromosomes (YACs) with human inserts between 100 and 800 kb in size.

Transcriptomic and Neuroimaging Decoding of Brain‐Immune Crosstalk in Thyroid Eye Disease
This study employed an imaging transcriptomics framework integrating resting‐state fMRI with Allen Human Brain Atlas transcriptomic data, coupled with peripheral blood RNA sequencing, to decode brain‐immune crosstalk in thyroid eye disease. Frontal, parietal, subcortical, and brainstem regions were identified as key neuroimmune‐ vulnerable regions ...
