We utilized single‐cell RNA sequencing (scRNA‐seq) to investigate cellular heterogeneity and signaling networks in aortic dissection (AD) tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues. The analysis identified five smooth muscle cell (SMC) subtypes, with SMC2 linked to fibrosis and SMC3 associated with inflammation.

The association between T3 and the T cell antigen receptor was examined using the T3 bearing T cell leukemic line Jurkat. A monoclonal antibody, C305, was produced, which reacted with idiotypic-like determinants expressed on Jurkat.

Soluble C‐type lectin‐like receptor 2 (sCLEC‐2), a marker of platelet activation, was evaluated in patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Plasma sCLEC‐2 levels and the sCLEC‐2/D‐dimer ratio were significantly elevated in APS compared with other collagen diseases and healthy controls.
