ICIs cause myocyte pyroptosis and cardiotoxicity, not via the adaptive immune system BACH2 ameliorates ICIs‐induced pyroptosis through transcriptionally promoting GRSF1. Lipoic acid, as a transcriptional inducer of BACH2, suppresses ICIs‐induced cardiotoxicity.
