Abstract Recent reports suggest that javamide‐I/‐II found in coffee contain anti‐inflammatory activity greater than 3‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid, 4‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid, 5‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid and caffeine. However, there is little information about javamide‐I/‐II amounts in coffee products, impossible to assess their biological activity.

Linking Metabolomic Diversity to Pharmacological Potency in Anonidium mannii Leaf Extracts
This study investigates the metabolomic profile and pharmacological activities of extracts from Anonidium mannii leaves. The extracts were profiled using an integrated LC‐MS/GC‐MS, and evaluated for antimicrobial, antioxidant and cytotoxic activities, providing a basis for future studies and validation in more advanced biological models.
