Semi‐Artificial Photosynthesis Enables Light‐Driven Biomanufacturing in Non‐Photosynthetic Bacteria

A non‐invasive strategy exploits endogenous H2S metabolism in B. subtilis to drive in situ CdS biomineralization, enabling tight bio‐abiotic contact without genetic modification. Light harvested by the biomineralized nanoparticles powers NADPH regeneration, elevating 2’‐fucosyllactose and surfactin titres two‐ to three‐fold.

Enzyme‐Linked Cycloaddition Assay (ELCA) for Rapid, Ultra‐Sensitive Monitoring of Secreted Sialoglycoproteins

Secreted glycoproteins report on cellular state faster than the cell surface, yet remain hard to measure. The Enzyme‐Linked Cycloaddition Assay (ELCA) combines metabolic azide labeling with click chemistry in an ELISA‐like microplate format, resolving sialylation changes within minutes for 1‐2 EUR per sample.

Hepatocyte CBX2 Safeguards Hepatic Lipid Homeostasis by Elevating Ca2+‐CaMKK2‐AMPK Signaling to Counter MASLD

In hepatocytes, CBX2 promotes H3K4me3 enrichment at the Orai1 promoter to enhance Orai1 transcriptional activation, thereby increasing intracellular Ca2+ levels. MetaPaCS: A Novel Meta‐Learning Framework for Pancreatic Cancer Subtype Identification

We have developed MetaPaCS, an ensemble meta‐learning framework for reliable prediction of pancreatic cancer subtypes with high accuracy. MetaPaCS is capable of capturing subtype‐specific distinct gene expression patterns and drug‐disease associations for pancreatic cancer.
