Zwiększone stężenie chemokiny CCL3/MIP-1 alfa w ciężkiej astmie oskrzelowej [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Introduction. Bronchial asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease with the dominant role of type 2 T helper cells. In some asthma phenotypes, particularly in severe bronchial asthma, type 1 T helper cells may participate.

Essential contribution of a chemokine, CCL3, and its receptor, CCR1, to hepatocellular carcinoma progression [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
We previously observed that a chemokine, macrophage inflammatory protein-1 α/CCL3, and its receptor, CCR1, were aberrantly expressed in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues.

HER2‐Targeted AIE Nanotheranostics Overcome SHR‐A1811 Resistance via Immunogenic Pyroptosis and Tumor‐Associated Macrophage Reprogramming in Breast Cancer

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
HER2‐targeted AIE780‐A1811 nanoparticles self‐assemble via amide coupling of a mitochondria‐directed photosensitizer with the ADC SHR‐A1811. Upon 660 nm irradiation, they generate ROS, photothermal effects, and controlled drug release, inducing immunogenic pyroptosis and M2‐to‐M1 macrophage reprogramming. This dual action remodels the immunosuppressive

Differential Roles for IL‐4Rα and IL‐13Rα1 in Immune Cell Infiltration and Epithelial Remodeling in Experimental Eosinophilic Gastritis

open access: yesAllergy, EarlyView.
This study described the development of an experimental model for eosinophilic gastritis (EoG). Experimental EoG recapitulates histopathological features of human disease. including foveolar elongation, fibrosis, eosinophilia, mastocytosis and shared transcriptional programs.

TC-2559, an α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonist, suppresses the expression of CCL3 and IL-1β through STAT3 inhibition in cultured murine macrophages

open access: yesJournal of Pharmacological Sciences, 2015
The anti-inflammatory properties of TC-2559, an α4β2 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) agonist, on cultured murine macrophages was investigated.

Basophils in Immunity: Activation Pathways, Roles in Allergy and AllergoOncology and Application of the Basophil Activation Test

open access: yesAllergy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Basophils, the least abundant leukocytes, are increasingly recognised as potent immunomodulators. Upon activation, they rapidly release preformed granule‐associated mediators including histamine and lipid mediators such as LTC4, while cytokine production occurs over a longer timescale, contributing to downstream immune responses.

Regulatory B cell CCL3 competency promotes disease resolution and oligodendrogenesis in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis

open access: yesCommunications Biology
Regulatory B cells (Bregs) contribute to immune homeostasis via IL-10–dependent and independent pathways. To dissect additional mediators, we investigated splenic derived GM-CSF/IL-15 fusokine (GIFT15)-induced Bregs in experimental autoimmune ...

Diagnostic value of ultrasound combined with serum CCL3 and P-selectin for postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with hip fractures

open access: yesZhongguo linchuang yanjiu
Objective: To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with serum chemokine C-C motif ligand 3(CCL3) and P-selectin levels for the diagnosis of postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT) in patients with hip fractures ...

Involvement of Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 Family Members in the Development of Diabetic Neuropathy and Their Contribution to Effectiveness of Morphine

open access: yesFrontiers in Immunology, 2018
Current investigations underline the important roles of C–C motif ligands in the development of neuropathic pain; however, their participation in diabetic neuropathy is still undefined.

Distinct Gene Expression Profiles of Ara h 2‐Specific B Cells in Desensitization and Tolerance During Peanut Oral Immunotherapy

open access: yesAllergy, EarlyView.
Gene expression of Ara h 2‐specific B cells over the course of the peanut OIT. Isotype of allergen‐specific B cells changes through OIT towards IgG4. Peanut OIT changes the gene expression of allergen‐specific memory B cells. OIT patients showed increased gene expression for regulatory B cells and immune regulation.
