Targeting the YAP‐BST2 Axis Overcomes Intrinsic Anti‐PD‐1 Resistance in Metastatic Gastric Cancer
Concurrent YAP hyperactivation and Tp53 loss in Atp4b‐expressed parietal cell lineage drives gastric cancer initiation, multi‐organ metastasis, and intrinsic resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. BST2 emerges as a direct YAP‐TEAD transcriptional target that engages PIRA2 on myeloid cells to establish an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

Alveolar macrophages lack CCR2 expression and do not migrate to CCL2
Background The recruitment of mononuclear cells has important implications for tissue inflammation. Previous studies demonstrated enhanced CCR1 and CCR5 expression and decreased CCR2 expression during in vitro monocyte to macrophage differentiation.

Single‐cell host–bacterial 16S co‐sequencing (scH16S‐seq) integrates cell‐associated bacterial 16S‐derived signals with host transcriptomes to resolve bacterial signal‐enriched myeloid states in Klebsiella pneumoniae sepsis. Complementary pharmacological and genetic analyses define a CD38–NAD immunometabolic axis connecting mitochondrial bioenergetic ...

Crucial involvement of the CCL3-CCR5 axis-mediated fibroblast accumulation in colitis-associated carcinogenesis in mice [PDF]
Patients with inflammatory bowel diseases often develop colon carcinoma. Combined treatment of azoxymethane (AOM) and dextran sulfate sodium (DSS) recapitulates colitis-associated cancer in mice.

Objective We employed global genetic deletion of CD14 and intra‐articular CD14 blockade across multiple murine osteoarthritis (OA) models that vary in severity of pathology and rate of progression to test the hypothesis that CD14 inhibition attenuates synovial inflammation and associated pain during disease progression.

CCL3 promotes germinal center B cells sampling by follicular regulatory T cells
Previous studies and our findings suggest upregulated expression of proinflammatory chemokines CCL3/4 in germinal center (GC) centrocytes. However, the role of CCL3/4 for centrocyte interactions with follicular T cells and regulation of humoral immunity ...

Clinical translation of novel therapies can be hindered by heterogeneity‐driven sample size inflation in late‐stage trials. In acetaminophen‐induced liver injury (APAP DILI), many patients recover spontaneously, diluting investigational drug efficacy signals.
