Combining TAG‐72CAR with anti‐MUC16CAR improves the potency of ovarian cancer treatment
Tz‐KBBCAR, a combinatorial CAR targeting MUC16 and TAG‐72, enhances the precision of ovarian cancer immunotherapy. By requiring both tumour antigens for full activation, Tz‐KBBCAR was designed to eliminate MUC16+/TAG‐72+ cancer cells, while sparing MUC16+/TAG‐72‐ healthy cells.

Merkel cell carcinoma: an updated guide for pathologists
Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is an aggressive cutaneous neuroendocrine carcinoma for which the differential diagnosis can include other small cell malignancies (especially metastatic small cell carcinoma) or cutaneous carcinoma. Morphologic and immunophenotypic aberrancies in MCC can increase diagnostic challenge.

Distinct Rb expression pattern in HPV‐associated neuroendocrine carcinomas of the uterine cervix
Most uterine cervical neuroendocrine carcinoma (UCNEC) cases are HPV‐associated and are characterized by partial loss of Rb, p16 overexpression, and cyclin D1 negativity. A minority of UCNECs exhibit a distinct pattern, characterized by HPV negativity, retained Rb expression, focal p16 expression and cyclin D1 positivity.

The monoclonal antibody nBT062 conjugated to maytansinoids has potent and selective cytotoxicity against CD138 positive multiple myeloma cells _in vitro_ and _in vivo_ [PDF]
CD138 (Syndecan1) is highly expressed on multiple myeloma (MM) cells. In this study, we examined the anti-MM effect of murine/human chimeric CD138-specific monoclonal antibody (mAb) nBT062 conjugated with highly cytotoxic maytansinoid derivatives _in ...
