Survival outcomes and prognostic factors of gastric carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation
What's New? Although gastric carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation (GCNED) is associated with more aggressive features than conventional GC, its prognosis and survival remain poorly defined. To better understand survival patterns, the authors of the present study examined clinicopathological and prognostic features of GCNED patients following ...

Extracellular vesicle‐based vaccines and immunotherapeutics for treatment of cancer
This review highlights the innovative value of extracellular vesicles (EVs) as cancer vaccines and immunotherapy carriers. EVs have natural advantages such as low immunogenicity, high biocompatibility, stability, and precise targeting, enabling efficient delivery of tumor antigens (e.g., HER2, AFP) and immune stimulants (e.g., TLR ligands, cytokines ...

Napabucasin reduces liver metastases by reprogramming the hepatic microenvironment. It induces hepatocyte secretion of CCL21 via c‐Fos activation, recruiting lymphocytes and converting “cold” metastases into immunologically “hot” tumors. This effect is liver‐specific and independent of cancer cells.

ABSTRACT This study investigated the impact of pretreatment nutritional status, psychological health, fatigue, and insomnia on outcomes of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) monotherapy in patients with advanced non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). A total of 80 patients with stage IV NSCLC were enrolled.
