This study develops a multifunctional CRISPR‐dCas9‐based OMV platform termed OMV‐C9I12, which facilitates the coexpression of CXCL9 and IL‐12 within tumor cells. This platform enhances T cell recruitment and activation, synergizes with anti‐PD‐1/PD‐L1 immunotherapy, and amplifies antitumor T cell immunity.

Chemotactic factor produced by Candida albicans [PDF]
Candida albicans was found to produce a substance that was chemotactically active for guinea pig polymorphonuclear neutrophils. The chemotactic factor was detected in culture filtrates of organisms grown under aeration and incubated at 37 degrees C for at least 12 h.

Purification and characteristics of the streptococcal chemotactic factor inactivator [PDF]
The biochemical and immunological characteristics of the chemotactic factor inactivator of group A streptococci (SCFI) were examined. SCFI was extracted from intact M+ bacteria by limited trypsin digestion and purified sequentially by ammonium sulfate fractionation, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, and anion-exchange chromatography.
