Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals that Tex10 drives oxaliplatin resistance in colorectal cancer by competitively binding BRD9 to disrupt the ncBAF complex, thereby suppressing AMBRA1 transcription and ULK1‐mediated autophagy.
