Multimodal Data‐Driven Microstructure Characterization
A self‐consistent autonomous workflow for EBSP‐based microstructure segmentation by integrating PCA, GMM clustering, and cNMF with information‐theoretic parameter selection, requiring no user input. An optimal ROI size related to characteristic grain size is identified.

Cholesterol and Malondialdehyde Contents of Broiler-Chicken Meat Supplemented with Indigofera Zolingeriana Top Leaf Meal [PDF]
This research aimed to increase functional value of broiler-chicken meat containing high antioxidant and low cholesterol through substitution of soybean meal (SBM) with Indigofera zollingeriana top leaf meal (ILM). The experiment used 160 day old broiler

Influence of Test Temperature and Test Frequency on Fatigue Life of Aluminum Alloy EN AW‐2618A
The influence of test temperature and test frequency on the fatigue life of EN AW‐2618A is investigated. High‐cycle fatigue tests are performed at different test temperatures and frequencies on the 1000 h/230°C overaged state. Both test parameters reduce fatigue life due to time‐dependent damage mechanisms.

Tenderness of Dystrophic Chicken Meat
Abstract THE occurrence of muscular dystrophy in chickens has been traced to an autosomal recessive gene (Asmundson and Julian, 1956, 1963). Several studies have been made at the University of California at Davis on the composition of the dystrophic chicken muscle (Jordan et al., 1959., 1964; Peterson et al., 1963; and Wilson et al., 1965).

Modelling of Campylobacter survival in frozen chicken meat [PDF]
To model the survival kinetics of Campylobacter jejuni on frozen chicken meat.Three different types of chicken meat surface (skin, skinned muscle and cut muscle) were inoculated with stationary phase cells of C. jejuni (8 log(10) CFU cm(-2)) and frozen for 5 weeks at -20 degrees C. Bacterial numbers were determined weekly using two different methods of

The study presents biodegradable and recyclable mixed‐matrix membranes (MMMs), hydrogels, and cryogels using luminescent nanoscale metal‐organic frameworks (nMOFs) and biopolymers. These bio‐nMOF‐MMMs combine europium‐based nMOFs as probes for the status of the materials with the biopolymers agar and gelatine and present alternatives to conventional ...
