Effect of Chitooligosaccharides‐Combination Fortified Noodles Intervention on Visceral Adiposity and Serum Metabolites in a High‐Risk Occupational Cohort of Young Seafarers

In a 4‐week self‐controlled trial of 73 young seafarers, consumption of chitooligosaccharides‐combination fortified noodles every other day significantly reduced visceral fat area, waist circumference, serum leptin, and LDL‐C, and elevated skeletal muscle index, without altering body weight.
