SUMMARYPriapism is a pathologically prolonged and painful penile erection, usually unassociated with sexual desire or intercourse. Causes include certain oral medications, although the mechanism for drug‐induced priapism is unknown. We describe two cases of priapism attributed to chlorpromazine who have presented within the past two years.

ABSTRACT Intervertebral disc degeneration (IDD) is driven by ferroptosis of nucleus pulposus cells (NPCs) as a core pathological mechanism. Nucleus pulposus progenitor cells (NPPCs), exhibiting stem cell‐like properties, yield extracellular vesicles (PEVs) with high affinity for NPCs and enable targeted phenotypic regulation.

OAF Blocks SIAH1‐Mediated Degradation of SCPX, a Therapeutic Strategy for MASLD

This study shows OAF directly binds to SCPX and inhibits its interaction with the E3 ligase SIAH1, thereby protecting SCPX from ubiquitin‐dependent degradation and stabilizing its levels. This OAF‐SCPX axis represents a novel pathway in lipid homeostasis, highlighting OAF as a promising therapeutic candidate for MASLD.
