Characterization of microsatellite markers in mandarin orange (Citrus reticulata Blanco)
Molecular Ecology Resources, 2008AbstractA dinucleotide‐enriched genomic library was obtained from mandarin orange (Citrus reticulata Blanco). A subset of 101 positive clones was sequenced and primers were designed. The loci were screened for levels of variation using 26–29 wild mandarin oranges collected in Vietnam. Forty‐three loci were polymorphic with the number of alleles ranging

Agrobacterium-mediated Gene Transfer in Citrus reticulata Blanco
1991Agrobacterium-mediated in vitro transformation has been applied to a growing number of plant species and used as a new technique to improve their yields and qualities (Fraley et.al. 1986). However, up to now we have not seen any detailed reports about this in citrus fruit trees. In our experiment, leaf disc method developed by Horsch et al.

Effects of encapsulation on Citrus reticulata Blanco somatic embryo conversion
Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture, 1998Preliminary experiments on calcium-sodium alginate encapsulation of somatic embryos from anther culture were performed, in order to evaluate the effect of this technique on the recovery of plantlets, and the applicability of the synthetic seed technology to Citrus reticulata Blanco.

Studies on the origin of Clementine tangerine (Citrus reticulata Blanco)
Euphytica, 1982A serological comparison of pollen proteins from ‘Clementine tangerine’ versus those of 5 other morphologically similar Citrus cultivars was made to measure the degree of genetic relationships with ‘Clementine’. Among the tested Citrus cultivars the most related to ‘Clementine’ were ‘Baladi mandarin’ and ‘Baladi blood orange’. whereas ‘Sour orange’ and

Structure identification of an arabinogalacturonan in Citrus reticulata Blanco ‘Chachiensis’ peel
Food Hydrocolloids, 2018Abstract Unlike common orange fruit, Citrus reticulata Blanco ‘Chachiensis’ (CRB) is usually served as traditional herbal medicine and function food. It is an abundant source of bioactive polysaccharides which contribute to the health benefits of CRB. However, the structure information of polysaccharides still remains unknown.

Somatic embryogenesis and plantlet regeneration in mandarin (Citrus reticulata Blanco)
Scientia Horticulturae, 1995Abstract Callus cultures were initiated from leaf, epicotyl, cotyledon and root segments of in vitro grown nucellar seedlings of Citrus reticulata Blanco ‘Local Sangtra’. Callus initiation was seen on cut ends of all the explants within 10 days of culture. The epicotyl segments were the best explant for callus induction.

Citrus reticulata Blanco
