CircRNAs are differentially expressed in glioblastoma primary tumors and might serve as therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers. The investigation of circRNA and RNA‐binding proteins (RBPs) interactions shows that distinct RBPs play a role in circRNA biogenesis and function.

Topologies of open complemented subsets [PDF]
We introduce cs-topologies, or topologies of open complemented subsets, as a new approach to constructive topology that preserves the duality between open and closed subsets of classical topology. Complemented subsets were used successfully by Bishop in his constructive formulation of the Daniell approach to measure and integration.

Quantum scattering model of energy transfer in photosynthetic complexes [PDF]
We develop a quantum scattering model to describe the exciton transport through the Fenna-Matthews-Olson(FMO) complex. It is found that the exciton transport involved the optimal quantum coherence is more efficient than that involved classical behavior alone.
