Functional Brain Network Predictors of Abstinence Treatment Outcomes in Methamphetamine Use Disorder

Baseline whole‐brain functional connectivity predicted 1‐year abstinence response in methamphetamine use disorder at the individual level. Multi‐level network analyses revealed distinct response‐related connectivity patterns involving control‐related circuits.

Hydroxy‐alpha‐sanshool could modulate the expression of appetite‐related factors and the composition of intestinal microbiota in mice fed with a high‐fat diet by regulating food intake and maintaining energy homeostasis, which is consistent with the involvement of the gut‐brain axis in this regulatory mechanism.
