The E3 Ubiquitin Ligase RLIM Safeguards Oligodendrocyte Development and Myelination by Targeting SLC7A11 for Polyubiquitination to Regulate Ferroptotic Resistance

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
RLIM‐mediated SLC7A11 polyubiquitination is required for SPTBN2‐mediated trafficking and membrane localization of SLC7A11, which enables oligodendrocyte precursor cells to be resistant to ferroptosis and safeguards oligodendrocyte lineage progression and thus myelination.

Engineering Human Donor Derived Germinal Center‐Like Organoids (GCLOs) for Studying Immune Response to Vaccination

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We bioengineered a new approach methodology of generating Germinal Center Organoids that self‐organize from human blood‐derived immune cells. These immune organoids reproduce key features of humoral immunity, IgG production, and plasmablast emergence.

Self Efficacy and Collective Efficacy Beliefs of Teachers for Children with Autism

open access: yesLiteracy Information and Computer Education Journal, 2012
Researchers have sought to define teacher efficacy, and done so based on work conducted in the 1970s by the RAND organisation and also Bandura’s Social Cognitive Theory. Efficacy the belief in one’s capabilities to organize and execute the courses of action required to manage prospective situations.

Teachers’ work ability: a study of relationships between collective efficacy and self-efficacy beliefs

open access: yesPsychology Research and Behavior Management, 2018
Work ability constitutes one of the most studied well-being indicators related to work. Past research highlighted the relationship with work-related resources and demands, and personal resources. However, no studies highlight the role of collective and self-efficacy beliefs in sustaining work ability. The purpose of this study was to examine whether and

Penfluridol Triggers GSDME‐Mediated Immunogenic Pyroptosis to Potentiate Antitumor Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A high‐throughput screen of FDA‐approved antipsychotics identifies penfluridol as a potent pyroptosis inducer acting via direct TTI1 inhibition. This triggers TNFA‐NFKB signaling and caspase‐8/‐3‐dependent GSDME cleavage. The compound stimulates antitumor immunity alone and synergizes with anti‐PD‐1 therapy, while low TTI1 expression emerges as a ...

Impact of Professional Learning Addressing Bandura’s Efficacy Sources on Collective Teacher Efficacy

open access: yesInternational Dialogues on Education: Past and Present
Despite broad interest in fostering high levels of collective teacher efficacy, inquiries into the intentional development of collective teacher efficacy through professional learning are scarce in the literature.

Unraveling Bone‐Skin Crosstalk Enables miRNA Nanoformulation for Cutaneous Neurovascular Reconstruction in Diabetic Mice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study unravels that bone fracture accelerates diabetic wound healing by releasing exosomal microRNA (miR‐130b‐3p). To mimic this bone‐skin crosstalk, we engineered a self‐assembling agomir‐130b‐3p nanocomplex. Delivered via a photocrosslinkable hydrogel, this bio‐inspired therapy provides sustained localized agomir release.
