Macrophage PABPC4‐SPP1 Axis Orchestrates Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer

In the CRC microenvironment, macrophage PABPC4 binds to the 3′UTR of SPP1 mRNA to stabilize its expression, thereby sustaining M2‐like immunosuppressive macrophage polarization. Concurrently, this axis suppresses CD8+ T cell effector functions via CD44 signaling, collectively fostering an immunosuppressive niche that drives tumor progression.

Sequential Patterning of Photoresponsive Hydrogels Directs Crypt Fission and Reveals the Role of Epithelial Curvature on Fission Symmetry

Deterministic crypt fission is achieved in intestinal organoids using photopatternable hydrogels with spatiotemporal control. Daughter‐crypt symmetry is shown to depend on parent‐crypt geometry and epithelial curvature, while myosin‐dependent mechanosensing links tissue shape to regenerative outcomes.

METTL3‐dependent m6A promotes circPSMB1 interaction with HNRNPA2B1, limiting c‐MYC expression and malignant progression. An injectable HMnO2‐based nanohydrogel enables local circPSMB1 delivery and tumor microenvironment‐responsive therapy, offering a promising strategy
