Branch-and-price-and-cut for large-scale multicommodity capacitated fixed-charge network design
We present a branch-and-price-and-cut algorithm for solving large-scale instances of the multicommodity capacitated fixed-charge network design problem.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Column Generation for the Split Delivery VRP [PDF]
In this paper we tackle a variation of the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) in which each customer can be served by more than one vehicle, each serving a fraction of its demand. This problem is known as the Split Delivery VRP (SDVRP).

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

A patterning algorithm for the dynamic bin packing problem with placement groups
We consider an NP-hard problem of dynamically distributing virtual machines to servers with placement groups. For each virtual machine, parameters such as required number of resources and creation and deletion timestamps are known.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Two-stage column generation ∗ [PDF]
We introduce a new concept in column generation for handling complex large scale optimization problems, called two-stage column generation, where columns for the compact and extensive formula-tion are simultaneously generated.

Given a nominal combinatorial optimization problem, we consider a robust two-stages variant with polyhedral cost uncertainty, called Decision-Dependent Information Discovery (DDID). In the first stage, DDID selects a subset of uncertain cost coefficients
