Statistical Methods in Human Resources Competencies Data
The aim of this thesis is to analyze human resources competence data using statistical methods. More specifically, the thesis focuses on the distinction of hard and soft skills. On the one hand, hard skills are acquirable abilities or skill sets that are easy to be quantified such as the knowledge of a programming language.

We present a fully automated Bayesian optimization (BO) protocol for the parameterization of nonbonded interactions in coarse‐grain CG force fields (BACH). Using experimental thermophysical data, we apply the protocol to a broad range of liquids, spanning linear, branched, and unsaturated hydrocarbons, esters, triglycerides, and water.
