Consumer animosity in tourism research: a horizon 2050 paper
Tourism ReviewPurpose A growing body of research suggests the detrimental impact animosity will likely have on destination image and intentions to visit. The purpose of this study is to conduct a state-of-the-art literature review to account for observed mixed findings by putting forth research propositions to be tested in future studies.
