Viability of Seed in Coriander Infected by Protomyces macrosporus Unger
The fruits of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) collected from stem gall infected plants indicate comparable viability and germinability of seeds on testing with triphenyl tetrazolium chloride (TTC) and germination, respectively. Systemic invasion by the pathogen considerably reduces germinability of the seed from these plants.
