This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

Identifizierung und Charakterisierung eines neuen Bindeproteins für zyklische Nukleotide [PDF]
Cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate are important intracellular messengers. Binding of cyclic nucleotides controls the activity of protein kinases, ion channels and guanine-nucleotide-exchange factors in many cells ...

Cyclic adenosine monophosphate, CA++, and membranes. [PDF]
Since the initial discovery of cyclic 3',5'-adenosine monophosphate (3',5'AMP) by Rall, Sutherland, and Berthet' and its role in glycogenolysis in the liver,2 evidence has accumulated indicating that this nucleotide is an intermediate in the action of many peptide hormones.3-9 More recently it has also been implicated in the release of insulin from the

A mitochondria‐targeted copper depletion nanoplatform (CYN‐CDA@Alb) was developed to selectively disrupt tumor mitochondria copper, which then reprogrammed the tumor immune microenvironment by depressing PD‐L1 and CD47 expression simultaneously. By doing this, CYN‐CDA@Alb reversed radiotherapy‐induced immune tolerance, showing the potential usage of ...

Induction of dark-adaptive retinomotor movement (cell elongation) in teleost retinal cones by cyclic adenosine 3,5-monophosphate. [PDF]
In the teleost retina, the photoreceptors and retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) undergo extensive movements (called retinomotor movements) in response to changes in light conditions and to an endogenous circadian rhythm.

Control of Neurospora crassa morphology by cyclic adenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate and dibutyryl cyclic adenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate [PDF]
The role of cyclic adenosine 3', 5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) in the control of the Neurospora asexual life cycle was studied. Endogenous cyclic AMP levels were 10 to 20 times higher in strains having the wild-type cr-1 allele than in those carrying the mutated allele.

WTAP drives cartilage regeneration by activating an LRP1‐dependent lipid metabolic program in macrophages, enhancing IL‐10 and TGF‐β secretion to promote chondrogenic differentiation. Leveraging this mechanism, virtual screening identifies LRP1‐targeting compounds that effectively stimulate cartilage repair, highlighting a druggable epigenetic ...

The effects of portacaval shunt upon hepatic cholesterol synthesis and cyclic AMP in dogs and baboons [PDF]
Hepatic cholesterol synthesis, hepatic cyclic AMP, and portal and peripheral insulin and glucagon levels were investigated in nine dogs and three baboons after complete portacaval shunt.

Cyclic nucleotide signalling in malaria parasites. [PDF]
The cyclic nucleotides 3', 5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and 3', 5'-cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) are intracellular messengers found in most animal cell types.
