HU308 Mitigates Osteoarthritis by Stimulating Sox9‐Related Networks of Carbohydrate Metabolism

open access: yesJournal of Bone and Mineral Research, Volume 38, Issue 1, Page 154-170, January 2023., 2023
ABSTRACT Osteoarthritis (OA) is characterized by progressive, irreversible erosion of articular cartilage accompanied by severe pain and immobility. This study aimed to assess the effect and mechanism of action of HU308, a selective cannabinoid receptor type 2 (CB2) agonist, in preventing OA‐related joint damage. To test the assumption that HU308 could

FLOT1 Is a Novel Serum Biomarker of Ovarian Cancer Targeted by N6‐methyladenosine Modification Inhibition

open access: yesCell Biology International, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Ovarian cancer (OC) is a deadly disease and lacks a precise marker for diagnosis worldwide. Our previous work has shown the overexpression of flotillin‐1 (FLOT1) in OC tissue. To improve diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy, we evaluated the serum level of FLOT1 in OC patients and found that the serum concentration of FLOT1 as well as CA125 was

Vascular perfusion differs in two distinct PDGFRβ‐positive zones within the ischemic core of male mice 2 weeks following photothrombotic stroke

open access: yesJournal of Neuroscience Research, Volume 101, Issue 2, Page 278-292, February 2023., 2023
Blood vessels in the ischemic core and peri‐lesion are capable of flow 2 weeks post‐photothrombotic stroke. There are two PDGFRβ‐positive zones within the ischemic core, one which resembles fibrotic scarring, adjacent to a GFAP‐positive peri‐lesion, whereas the other is primarily vessel associated.

Distribution of Troy (Tnfrsf19) in the Gastric Gland During Postnatal Development: Effects of Early Weaning

open access: yesCell Biology International, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study investigates the distribution and role of the stem cell marker Troy (Tnfrsf19) in the gastric mucosa of rats during postnatal development and the effects of early weaning. Troy, previously identified as a reserve stem cell marker in adult gastric tissues, is examined across various developmental stages from birth to adulthood.
