ABSTRACT Objectives The success of anti‐TNFα agents has changed the landscape of treatment for inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). One major limitation to this success is the secondary loss of response (sLOR) phenomenon. Combination therapy with immunomodulating agents has been shown to be effective in reducing the sLOR process.

This study aimed to elucidate the function of PIEZO1in AF cells under mechanical stimulation. Low‐magnitude cyclictensile strain (CTS, 2%) suppressed osteogenic marker expression. Pharmacological activation of PIEZO1 using Yoda1 mimics the effects oflow‐strain CTS.

Chronic cutaneous graft‐versus‐host disease (cGVHD), specific to allogeneic HSCT (alloHSCT), has been proposed to further elevate this risk, though its impact on skin cancer latency and distribution remains unclear.

Eczema Monkeypoxicum Following Sexual Transmission Treated With Tecovirimat
Capsule summary Mpox is a zoonotic infection that may present severe dissemination in patients with pre‐existing dermatoses. We report a 30‐year‐old man with active atopic dermatitis who developed extensive, sexually transmitted mpox with widespread cutaneous involvement consistent with eczema monkeypoxicum.
