Whether calcium beta‐hydroxy‐beta‐methylbutyrate (CaHMB)‐enriched supplementation preserves muscle while promoting fat loss in adults with obesity remains uncertain. Divergent Atrial Transcriptomic Signatures in Diabetic and Nondiabetic Atrial Fibrillation
Diabetes alters the atrial transcriptome in atrial fibrillation, characterized by enhanced mitochondrial ATP synthesis, suppressed immune and inflammatory pathways, and distinct miRNA expression profiles, suggesting metabolic and epigenetic remodeling of the atrial substrate.
