LCN2 mediates the suppression of C2C12 myoblast proliferation and myotube formation via erastin‐induced ferroptosis. Mechanistic Insights Into Recurrent Implantation Failure: The Lactate–H3K18la–SLC7A11 Axis Explored via Endometrial Organoid and Blastoid–Endometrial Cell Implantation Models

Clinical samples first revealed impaired lactate synthesis in RIF patients. Subsequently, using endometrial organoids and a blastoid‐endometrial cell implantation model, we demonstrated that lactate enhances endometrial receptivity via H3K18la‐mediated SLC7A11 activation.

Agrimoniin Alleviates Ferroptosis in Cold‐Stored DCD Liver Grafts Through Activation of the Nrf‐2 Pathway

Supplementing the liver preservation solution with agrimoniin protects donation after cardiac death (DCD) grafts by activating the Nrf‐2 pathway. This reduces ferroptosis, oxidative stress, and inflammation during cold storage, significantly improving graft viability.
