Point mutations of E243D and I67N were introduced into subunit I of a 6histidine-tagged (6H-WT) form of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase. Genome‐Wide and Multi‐Omics Analysis Identified DNA‐Interacting Circular RNA circFOXK2 as MLL1 Regulator for Histone H3K4 Methylation in Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma

Circular RNA circFOXK2 is frequently upregulated in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma to promote tumor heterogeneity, growth, and metastasis. Through circRNA‐DNA interaction at different genomic locations, circFOXK2 removes the PPIE inhibitory effects on MLL1 for gene‐activating H3K4 methylation of the oncogenes.
