Advanced Science, EarlyView.Hydraulic pressure is introduced as a programmable parameter for regulating molecular transport in tough hydrogel membranes. Reversing the pressure direction accelerates or slows transport, tuning characteristic transport times over a 65‐fold range while achieving molecular separation and controlled delivery.
