NTDB: Thermodynamic Database for Nucleic Acids, Version 2.0 [PDF]
The second release of Thermodynamic Database for Nucleic Acids, NTDB 2.0, includes more than 4600 entries (250% increase over release 1.0). It contains sequence types and details of several thermodynamic parameters (enthalpy, DeltaH; entropy, DeltaS; Gibbs free energy, DeltaG; melting temperature, T(m)), experimental models and methods for extracting ...

A genome‐wide microRNA CRISPR screen identifies miR‐18a as a master regulator of cross‐resistance in melanoma. Loss of miR‐18a activates the AJUBA–YAP/Hippo axis to confer BRAFi resistance and enhances THBS1–CD47 interaction to impair CD8+ T cell immunity. hnRNP A1 is identified as an upstream regulator of miR‐18a processing.

ABSTRACT Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is characterized by dysregulated T cell responses. RNA helicases, including DExD‐box helicase 21 (DDX21), are pivotal in RNA metabolism, but their role in T cell‐mediated pathology during IBD remains unclear. Here, we demonstrate that DDX21 expression in CD4+ T cells correlates with cell cycle and translation ...

Nanocellulose, derived from microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) through sulfuric acid hydrolysis or mechanical grinding to produce CNC or CNF, was tested in a rat ICP model. Particularly, CNF improved gut microbiota composition, reduced secondary bile acid metabolism, and restored bile acid homeostasis through modulation of the gut–liver axis.

PRC2.1(PCL2)‐coordinated H3K27me3‐enriched PNH establishes a spatial scaffold crucial for nucleolar integrity. As a crucial coordinator, PCL2 links PRC2.1 to chromatin organization and NPM1 assembly. This network‐based model reveals how chromatin modifications and nucleolar components cooperatively maintain nucleolar architecture, revealing novel ...
