Our study identifies the HDACs‐STAT3 axis as key regulator for M2 macrophage accumulation in DLBCL. We developed Chid@M2pep‐EVs/TP, a pH‐responsive drug delivery system for M2 macrophage specific chidamide administration. By coupling M2‐targeted chidamide with EVs‐mediated delivery, this system reprograms M2 to M1 via HDAC inhibition and STAT3 ...

The human silent information regulator (Sir)2 homologue hSIRT3 is a mitochondrial nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide-dependent deacetylase. [PDF]
The yeast silent information regulator (Sir)2 protein links cellular metabolism and transcriptional silencing through its nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD)-dependent histone deacetylase activity.

NudC Deacetylation Regulates Mitotic Progression
Mitosis is largely driven by posttranslational modifications of proteins. Recent studies suggest that protein acetylation is prevalent in mitosis, but how protein acetylation/deacetylation regulates mitotic progression remains unclear. Nuclear distribution protein C (NudC), a conserved protein that regulates cell division, was previously shown to be ...

Embedded CRISPRi Enhances Gene‐Silencing Efficiency in Drosophila
Current CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) technology in Drosophila has limited efficiency. This study introduces the emCRISPRi platform, which significantly enhances transcriptional silencing efficacy by embedding inhibitory domains within the dCas9 architecture.

ABSTRACT Gut microbiota dysbiosis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) tumorigenesis. A global fecal metagenomic analysis identified Gemella morbillorum as a key contributor to the CRC‐associated microbiota. Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed that Gemella morbillorum is enriched in CRC tumor tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.
