Inhalable Nano Formulation of Cabazitaxel: A Comparative Study with Intravenous Route
Macromolecular Bioscience, EarlyView.Nano drug formulation shows no signs of toxicity for IV and INH routes, whereas higher systemic toxicity occurs in free drug formulation in both. Inhalable nano formulation provides higher and longer retention in deep lung regions due to its size and defies rapid systemic absorption in the lungs.
