This study explores the covalent functionalization of Ti3C2Tx using 5,5′‐bis(triisopropoxysilyl)‐2,2′‐bipyridine in different solvents, revealing that only m‐xylene enables effective covalent bonding, ensuring structural stability and preventing layer swelling.

This study reports a rapid (∼20 min), uncatalyzed deconstruction of Kraft lignin (∼14.2 kDa) using sonicated emulsive water microdroplets (SEWMs) in the presence of 2.5 M HNO3. The work demonstrates the combined synergistic effect of sonochemical excitation and microdroplet redox chemistry to induce C─C bond cleavage and reductive nitration to ...

Cyclodextrins tethered with oligolactides – green synthesis and structural assessment
Biodegradable oligolactide derivatives based on α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrins (CDs) were synthesized by a green procedure in which CDs play the role of both the initiator and the catalyst.

Nonthermal plasma approaches for combating implant‐associated infections: A compendious review
Implant‐associated infections pose serious clinical challenges. Non‐thermal plasma (NTP) modifications overcome this bottleneck in distinct ways relative to traditional sterilization methods. Gas‐phase plasmas generate highly energetic species, UV radiation and reactive oxygen/nitrogen species (RONS), which alter the implant surface properties.

Methionine Regulates Antitumour Function of CD8+ T Cells Through Polyamine Synthesis
Methionine restriction in vitro enhances CD8+ T cell effector function by suppressing polyamine synthesis and progressively induces the co‐expression of PD‐1 and TIM‐3. Consistently, sustained dietary methionine restriction diminishes the efficacy of adoptive T cell therapy (ACT) and promotes the expression of terminal exhaustion‐associated markers ...
