Achieving developability of a polygonal surface by minimum deformation:A study of global and local optimization approaches

open access: yes, 2004
Surface developability is required in a variety of applications in product design, such as clothing, ship hulls, automobile parts, etc. However, most current geometric modeling systems using polygonal surfaces ignore this important intrinsic geometric ...

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

A first insight into the developability of an Immunoglobulin G3 : a combined computational and experimental approach [PDF]

open access: yes
Immunoglobulin G 3 (IgG3) monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are high-value scaffolds for developing novel therapies. Despite their wide-ranging therapeutic potential, IgG3 physicochemical properties and developability characteristics remain largely under ...

Complementary epitopes and favorable developability of monoclonal anti-LAMP1 antibodies generated using two transgenic animal platforms.

open access: yes, 2020
Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) for therapeutic applications should be as similar to native human antibodies as possible to minimize their immunogenicity in patients.

An antibody developability triaging pipeline exploiting protein language models

open access: yes
Therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are a successful class of biologic drugs that are frequently selected from phage display libraries and transgenic mice that produce fully human antibodies.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

In vitro and in silico assessment of the developability of a designed monoclonal antibody library.

open access: yes
Despite major advances in antibody discovery technologies, the successful development of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) into effective therapeutic and diagnostic agents can often be impeded by developability liabilities, such as poor expression, low ...

The Importance and the Developability of Interpersonal Competency at Work: Implications for Higher Education [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
2007The purpose of this study was to derive behavior indicators of interpersonal competency based on competency model used by business organizations in Korea and to explore the importance and the developability of those indicators.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...
