Dysregulation of miR‐21‐5p in diabetic nephropathy and its role in inflammatory response
The level of serum miR‐21‐5p was significantly upregulated in DN patients. The expression level of miR‐21‐5p increased with the aggravation of DN. Downregulation of miR‐21‐5p reduced HG‐induced cell proliferation. Downregulation OF miR‐21‐5P reduced HG‐induced levels of proinflammatory factors.
