Chronic TGF‐β exposure drives epithelial HCC cells from a senescent state to a TGF‐β resistant mesenchymal phenotype. This transition is characterized by the loss of Smad3‐mediated signaling, escape from senescence, enhanced invasiveness and metastatic potential, and upregulation of key resistance modulators such as MARK1 and GRM8, ultimately promoting

We identified adaptor protein ShcD as upregulated in triple‐negative breast cancer and found its expression to be correlated with reduced patient survival and increased invasion in cell models. Using a proteomic screen, we identified novel ShcD binding partners involved in EGFR signaling pathways.

THE SOLUTION OF EULER-CAUCHY EQUATION EXPRESSED BY DIFFERENTIAL OPERATOR USING LAPLACE TRANSFORM
It is well known fact that the Laplace transform is useful in solving linear ordinary differential equations with constant coefficients such as free/forced oscillations, but in the case of differential equation with variable coefficients is not. In here,

Limited operators and differentiability
We characterize the limited operators by differentiability of convex continuous functions. Given Banach spaces $Y$ and $X$ and a linear continuous operator $T: Y \longrightarrow X$, we prove that $T$ is a limited operator if and only if, for every convex continuous function $f: X \longrightarrow \R$ and every point $y\in Y$, $f\circ T$ is Fr chet ...

DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS AND INTERTWINING OPERATORS [PDF]
We show that if every module W for a vertex operator algebra V = ∐n∈ℤV(n) satisfies the condition dim W/C1(W)<∞, where C1(W) is the subspace of W spanned by elements of the form u-1w for u ∈ V+ = ∐n>0 V(n) and w ∈ W, then matrix elements of products and iterates of intertwining operators satisfy certain systems of differential equations ...

Inhibitor of DNA binding‐1 is a key regulator of cancer cell vasculogenic mimicry
Elevated expression of transcriptional regulator inhibitor of DNA binding 1 (ID1) promoted cancer cell‐mediated vasculogenic mimicry (VM) through regulation of pro‐angiogenic and pro‐cancerous genes (e.g. VE‐cadherin (CDH5), TIE2, MMP9, DKK1). Higher ID1 expression also increased metastases to the lung and the liver.

Spectral Expansion for the Asymptotically Spectral Periodic Differential Operators [PDF]
In this paper we investigate the spectral expansion for the asymptotically spectral differential operators generated in all real line by ordinary differential expression of arbitrary order with periodic matrix-valued ...

Determination of ADP/ATP translocase isoform ratios in malignancy and cellular senescence
The individual functions of three isoforms exchanging ADP and ATP (ADP/ATP translocases; ANTs) on the mitochondrial membrane remain unclear. We developed a method for quantitatively differentiating highly similar human ANT1, ANT2, and ANT3 using parallel reaction monitoring. This method allowed us to assess changes in translocase levels during cellular
