SummarySera produced by rabbits injected with Ehrlich ascites cells had 3 to 4 times the tumor neutralizing power of sera from rabbits injected with normal mouse tissues. The peak of tumor neutralizing titers was reached after 3 injections of antigen and dropped significantly following 9 injections with tumor cells.
