Aesculus hippocastanum L. seed extracts prepared according to pharmacopeial methods were comprehensively characterized using HPLC‐DAD‐ESI‐MSn and GC‐MS. Furthermore, a novel bubble pressure tensiometric approach and an HPLC‐DAD method were employed for the quantitative analysis of surface‐active components.

Pharmacokinetics and Tissue Distribution in Rats After Oral Administration of Tibetan Medicine Wuwei Leze Powder

Wuwei Leze Powder (WLP), a classic Tibetan medicine for rheumatoid arthritis, is orally administered and undergoes extensive absorption and metabolism in rats. A total of 56 plasma constituents, including 21 prototypes and 35 metabolites, are identified.
