High Performance Work Practices and Employee Voice: A Comparison of Japanese and Korean Workers [PDF]

Using a unique new cross-national survey of Japanese and Korean workers, we report the first systematic evidence on the effects on employee voice of High Performance Work Practices (HPWPs) from the two economies which are noted for the wide use of HPWPs.

Thermoelectric PANI/TeNWs Fiber Based Microsensor for Passive Temperature and Active Chemical Sensing

Continuous wet‐spinning of PANI with TeNWs yields a multifunctional microfiber. Oriented TeNWs impose chain alignment and enhance π‐electron delocalization, boosting the Seebeck coefficient to 59.9 µV K−1 for passive temperature sensing (1 K detection limit), while achieving high pH sensitivity (59.25 mV pH−1) and rapid NH3 response (0.96 s).

Efficient Hot Carrier Management in Lead Halide Perovskite Micro‐Disks Revealed by Super‐Diffusive Migration

Hot‐carrier transport in metal halide perovskites is investigated using spatiotemporally‐resolved photoluminescence microscopy. Mesa‐shaped MAPbBr3 microdisks exhibit anomalous super‐diffusive carrier propagation on nanosecond timescales, driven by hot‐carrier stabilization and strong carrier–phonon coupling.

This work introduces a novel biomimetic strategy inspired by the infrared‐sensing sensilla of the Melanophila acuminata beetle. We have designed a multi‐level aerogel, featuring a three‐dimensional carbon framework decorated with synergistic CeO2 nanoparticles and Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheets.
