We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Endor and Epr studies of organic radicals in solution
The construction and operation of a high power liquid phase Electron Nuclear Double Resonance (ENDOR) spectrometer is described in detail. The several modifications of existing methods that make this spectrometer unique are emphasized, particularly the ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Analysis of a Cu‐Doped Metal–Organic Framework, MFM‐520(Zn1‐xCux), for NO2 Adsorption
MFM‐520(Zn) confines dimers of NO2 with a high adsorption of 4.52 mmol g−1 at 1 bar at 298 K. The synthesis and the incommensurate structure of Cu‐doped MFM‐520(Zn) are reported.

A cw-ENDOR investigation of metal-ligand interactions in solution [PDF]
Electron Nuclear DOuble Resonance (ENDOR) spectroscopy has been employed in this Thesis to study a range of paramagnetic metal-ligand complex systems. The investigations focussed on the observation of conformational changes, solvatochromic effects and ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Exomoons and Exorings with the Habitable Worlds Observatory. II. Finding “Endor” with Lunar Eclipses
Giant planets in the habitable zone may host exomoons with conditions conducive to life. In this paper, we describe a method by which the Habitable Worlds Observatory (HWO) could detect such moons: broadband reflected-light lunar eclipses (e.g., the moon

EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.
