Surface‐host dialogue at the implant interface governs biological fate and osseointegration. Surface physicochemical properties of titanium (Ti) dental implants, including microgrooves, nanopatterns, nanotopography, roughness, and wettability, modulate the initial adsorption of proteins and the formation of a dynamic biointerface.

This work introduces a microsphere‐templated strategy to fabricate reprocessable PEDOT:PSS syntactic foams with tunable porosity, stable conductivity, and 3D printability. In situ PEDOT:PSS coatings create a conductive network that maintains electrical performance at high void fractions.

Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Clostridium perfringens epsilon toxin: Toxic effects and mechanisms of action
Clostridium perfringens ε-toxin (ETX) is the main toxin resulting in enterotoxemia of sheep and goats. ETX can cause lesions of multiple organs, such as hydropericardium, pulmonary edema and focal symmetrical encephalomalcia (FSE).

Bacteria‐Responsive Nanostructured Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Antimicrobial Therapy
Bacteria‐responsive nanocarriers are designed to release antimicrobials only in the presence of infection‐specific cues. This selective activation ensures drug release precisely at the site of infection, avoiding premature or indiscriminate release, and enhancing efficacy.

Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...

First insights into a type II toxin-antitoxin system from the clinical isolate Mycobacterium sp. MHSD3, similar to epsilon/zeta systems. [PDF]
A putative type II toxin-antitoxin (TA) system was found in the clinical isolate Mycobacterium sp. MHSD3, a strain closely related to Mycobacterium chelonae.

Biochemical and Pharmacological Studies of Clostridium perfringens .EPSILON.-Toxin.
