CEBP and ZEB2 alterations define three distinct subtypes of B‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Abstract B‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B‐ALL) is a heterogeneous malignancy driven by diverse genetic alterations. Among these, CEBP family genes and ZEB2 are recurrently involved, yet the spectrum of genomic mechanisms and their clinical impact remain incompletely defined.

Detrimental Effect of Low‐Magnitude High‐Frequency Vibration in an Ex Vivo Model of Intervertebral Disc Degeneration Despite Estrogen Treatment

Low‐magnitude high‐frequency vibration (LMHFV), with or without 17β‐oestradiol (E2), exacerbated papain‐induced bovine intervertebral disc degeneration, reducing cell viability, impairing matrix production, and increasing inflammation. E2 showed no protective effect against papain‐induced degeneration or LMHFV.
